I was feeling unsatisfied and unhappy in my professional and personal life. I needed to explore the “what if” in relation to work, even if I didn’t take it any further. Jackie’s Kickstart Retreat offered just that opportunity, away from the usual distractions. We explored a number of ways of considering the issues; positive thinking approaches after feeling drained for so long; and some really helpful practical brainstorming sessions. It ultimately helped me realise radical change was definitely needed and has given me ideas to consider going forward and the confidence to start applying outside of my “usual box”.

I recently had a chakra dancing session with Jackie. I didn’t know at all what to expect but it was amazing! Jackie explained very clearly what was going to happen and gave any advice that was necessary, but it was good to know that whatever I did, was the right thing!
It felt so liberating, like having the strongest healing session, enabling me to let go of things that no longer serve me. And it was wonderful to have fun! Something that doesn’t often happen in our normal lives. So I can highly recommend Jackie unreservedly, why not have a try?

My personal experience with New Dawn confirmed so much with how I had been feeling. My mind and body responded in ways that helped me release so much for me to be able to understand myself even more and why I felt like I have been running on adrenaline and underlying stress for so long. The treatment showed me how my body was responding to this and brought me more clarity which gave me peace of mind.
Since the treatment I gave myself permission to be more compassionate to myself and take the small but necessary steps to rebuild my energy. Jackie helped guide me on some steps to help this to manage any overwhelm I could face in the process.
