What to Expect in a Reiki Session
Each one-hour reiki session is a personalised experience that begins with a discussion about how you’re feeling, your current emotional or physical concerns, and any specific areas where you’d like support.
During the treatment, you’ll lie comfortably (fully clothed) on a couch as I gently channel reiki energy through light touch or hovering my hands just above your body. Most people experience a deep sense of relaxation and peace, while others may feel subtle energy shifts or emotional release.
You might fall asleep during the session but the reiki will continue to work. After the session, we’ll have time to reflect and discuss any insights or sensations you experienced.
In-Person & Distance Reiki Sessions
I offer in-person reiki treatments at my studio in Braunton, North Devon, where you can fully immerse yourself in a peaceful environment.
For those unable to visit in person, I also provide distance reiki, which is just as powerful and effective. Energy is not limited by physical location, so whether you’re near or far, you can still receive the same healing benefits from the comfort of your own space.
